At John Henry Newman we take safeguarding and the welfare of our children and families extremely seriously. Here you will find a link to the policies section of our website which has the latest safeguarding policies and procedures for our school.
Our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) are:

If you wish to report a concern, you can speak to our safeguarding lead, Ms. Katie Screaton, on 01865 772495 or email, in confidence, to safeguarding@jhnacademy.co.uk
Alternatively, you can report directly to the Oxfordshire Safeguarding Children Board via the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) on 0345 0507666 during office hours (8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30 – 4pm Friday)
You can also report online via Oxford County Council reporting procedures.
